My passion is partnering with people so that they can make small changes that make big differences, and when they choose to helping them to make big changes as well.
I offer one on one coaching in person and by phone as well as Group Coaching. In addition to coaching, I offer training to clients and their companies including the Coaching Clinic© which teaches managers to be coaches and DISC training which teaches people to understand and use the behavior style profile that can improve communication, sales and relationships.
