For your information - here is a list of documents you will need to gather & provide copies of in order to get approved for a Mortgage:
1. Copies of your pay check stubs for the last four weeks.
2. Copies of your last 2 years W-2 forms or full Tax Returns if you or any other borrowers whom will be on the loan are self employed.
3. Copies of your last two months bank statements (Any & All Accounts and all pages of the statements).
4. Copies of your last Asset Statements (401k, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, CD’s or any other Investments you may have).
5. List of address’s of all the properties you own & if there are balances owed on them: the name of the current mortgage company; balance owed; & current value of the property. If you don’t own any properties don’t worry about number 5.
6. Copy of your signed Purchase Agreement if purchasing a new home.
